Signature Showcase at the Syracuse Nationals

Pictures must be submitted with this form to be considered for selection. You will be contacted by June 15th, 2027 if your vehicle has been selected for this display. Display spaces are 20'x20' OR 10'x20' and will be determined based on the discretion of the Syracuse Nationals. 


Syracuse Signature Showcase exhibitors are required to have a display that includes floor covering and stanchions, or similar carpeting, stanchions, etc., can be rented through Northeast Decorating & Exhibit Services, Inc. by calling (315) 471-9989 (WHILE SUPPLIES LAST). 


PICTURES OF VEHICLE MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH APPLICATION.


One vehicle from the Signature Showcase will be selected as the KING OF CUSE and awarded $3,000!

Additional Information

If selected:

• There is no cost for your participation in the Syracuse Nationals

• You are required to arrive Wednesday, July 14th between 8am-8pm to set up your display and vehicle.

• Your vehicle must remain inside the EXPO Center until 6pm Saturday at close of show.

• You are NOT permitted to leave before 6PM on Saturday.

• Free on-site trailer parking is available.

• You will receive (4) 3-day admission passes.

• You will receive (1) on-site parking pass in addition to your show car.

Signature Showcase Registration

The form below is to apply for Signature Showcase. Submissions will be reviewed by the Syracuse Nationals staff & accepted by June 15th, 2027.

Vehicle Owner Information

**Move-In and Set-up Indoor/Outdoor Vendors**
Exhibitor spaces will be available for set-up from 8am until 8pm on Wednesday, July 14th. Move-in hours will be strictly enforced
for security purposes. ALL EXHIBITORS MUST BE SET UP PRIOR
TO 8PM, WEDNESDAY, JULY 14TH. NO EXCEPTIONS! Special arrangements for early arrival can be made by calling the Syracuse Nationals LLC. office at 800-753-3978.

**Exhibit Hours**
Indoor exhibit hours are 8am - 6pm on Thursday, Friday &
Saturday. Outdoor exhibit hours are 8am - 9pm on Thursday,
8am-6pm on Friday & Saturday.

Syracuse Signature Showcase exhibitors are required to have a
display that includes carpet and line stanchions or similar. On-site decoration services can be contracted by Northeast Decorating & Exhibit Services, Inc., P.O. Box 607, Syracuse, NY 13209. A list of additional (optional) services and fees offered by this contractor can be obtained by calling (315) 471-9989.

Exhibitors requiring more than basic 110v electrical service will be charged a fee of $150. Please contact Syracuse
Nationals LLC staff at (800)753-3978 by 6/30/27 for additional
power needs. Onsite power requests will be assessed by
Syracuse Nationals Operations Management.

Exhibitor display and merchandise must remain within the
confines of the contracted space. Exhibitor materials must not
overflow into the aisles. Distribution of literature and sales aids
must take place within your assigned vendor space ONLY.

Exhibitors are always required to maintain a neat and orderly
appearance. Syracuse Nationals LLC. reserves the right to remove any vendor not selling items listed on this application or deemed not family show friendly by Syracuse Nationals LLC staff. All decisions are at the sole discretion of Syracuse Nationals LLC, and final. NO REFUNDS.

**General Insurance Liability**
Syracuse Nationals LLC, its agents, representatives, sponsors
or employees are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage
that may occur to the exhibitor or the exhibitor’s employees or
property from any cause or condition.

**Compliance & Enforcement**
Syracuse Nationals LLC reserves the absolute right to remove anyand all persons at its sole discretion without refund.

**Security**
Security is provided for the venue only. All participants are
responsible for their own property (ie., vehicles, personal
belongings, merchandise etc.) The security office is located at Gate 2.

**Breakdown and Move-Out**
Exhibitors will be required to remain open and operational
until 6pm Thursday – Saturday.

PLEASE NOTE: Saturday closing and/or tear down before 6pm
will forfeit first right of refusal for 2027 space selection and
risk of application rejection.

Move-out of buildings must be completed no later than 12pm on
Sunday July 18th. All trailers and outside displays must be removed no later than 12pm on Monday, July 19th, 2027. In order to protect spectators, display vehicles cannot be moved or started until the show closes.

**Noise Restrictions**
Radios, stereos, TV’s loudspeakers etc., shall not be operated in such a manner as to disturb others.

**Single Occupant Scooters**
Only ADA approved mobility scooters may be used at the event.
Golf Carts Personal Golf Carts are approved for use in the campgrounds ONLY. Any personal Golf Carts found in use during show hours will result in ejection from the event without refund. All golf Carts must have permits.

**Right to Reject Application for Space Rental or Renewal**
SyracuseNationals LLC. reserves the right to reject any application for space rental or renewal on the basis of unsatisfactory previous conduct, sales of merchandise that does not fit within the scope of the event or is in direct conflict with the rules and regulations outlined in this contract, or upon any other basis made in the sole discretion of Syracuse Nationals LLC. SyracuseNationals LLC.reserves the right to remove individual who exhibit unsatisfactory behavior during the event without refund.

**King Of Cuse Award**
If your vehicle is selected to win the King of Cuse award, you will be required to fill W9 tax form.
